`(1) The motion is granted.
`(2) The mandate of this court issued on April 2, 2020
`is recalled, the appeal is reinstated, and this court’s Janu-
`ary 23, 2020 order and judgment are vacated.
`(3) This case is remanded for the limited purpose of al-
`lowing appellant the opportunity to request Director re-
`hearing of the final written decision.
`(4) Appellant must file the request for rehearing
`within 30 days from the date of this order.
`(5) Appellant shall inform this court within 14 days of
`any action by the United States Patent and Trademark Of-
`fice may affect this appeal.
`(6) This court retains jurisdiction over this appeal.
`Proceedings on appeal are stayed.
