`(“Patent Owner”), have conferred and jointly agree to modify the March 29, 2017

`Scheduling Order (Paper 8). Prior authorization for this Stipulation was provided
`
`in the Scheduling Order. (Paper 8, p. 6.)
`
`In light of the limited availability of Patent Owner’s expert, Dr. Manganaro,
`
`the parties have agreed that Dr. Manganaro will be deposed on September 15, 2017
`
`regarding his declaration submitted in support of Patent Owner’s Response. As a
`
`result, Petitioners and Patent Owner have agreed to modify DUE DATE 2 as
`
`follows:
