`commencing on September 1, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until complete, at

`the offices of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, 601 Massachusetts Ave., NW,

`Washington, DC 20001. The deposition will be conducted before an officer

`authorized to administer oaths and will be recorded by stenographic means,

`including the use of interactive real-time transcription.
