`
`As authorized by the Case Management and Scheduling Order
`
`(Paper 8, 2), and our prior decision (Paper 24, 8), Edwards Lifesciences
`Corporation, Edwards Lifesciences LLC, and Edwards Lifesciences AG
`(“Petitioner”) and Boston Scientific Scimed, Inc., (“Patent Owner”),
`(collectively, “the Parties”), jointly move for entry of a proposed Stipulated
`Protective Order (Exhibit 2092). Paper 26 (“Mot.”).
`Upon review of the Motion we determine that the parties have
`identified sufficiently how the proposed Stipulated Protective Order departs
`from the Board’s default protective order set forth in the Office Patent Trial
`Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756, 48769–71 (Aug. 14, 2012). Paper 26,
`2–5; Ex. 2093 (comparing the proposed Stipulated Protective Order to the
`Board’s default protective order). Upon further review of the proposed
`Stipulated Protective Order, we find that the parties have shown sufficiently
`good cause for the proposed modifications from the Board’s default
`protective order and that the proposed Stipulated Protective Order is
`warranted.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the Joint Motion for Entry of Stipulated Protective
`Order (Paper 26) is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Stipulated Protective Order (Exhibit
`2092) submitted jointly by the parties is hereby entered; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Stipulated Protective Order (Exhibit
`2092) shall govern the conduct of the proceeding unless otherwise modified
`by the Board.
