`
`Counsel,
`
`Patent Owner need not file an amended request for oral argument. In issuing the trial order for the
`related proceedings, the panel will take into account Patent Owner’s concurrence with the format
`suggested in Petitioner’s Request for Oral Argument. No further action is required by the parties.

`
`Dear Trials,
`
`On November 30, 2017, the parties in the above captioned matters submitted requests for oral
`argument. After Patent Owner submitted its request for oral argument, Petitioners submitted their
`request, proposing that the above-captioned four matters be argued at one consolidated hearing,
`with each side having a maximum of 60 minutes total for argument.
`
`Having reviewed Petitioners’ proposal, Patent Owner agrees with Petitioners’ suggestion.
`Accordingly, Patent Owner wishes to withdraw its request for oral argument and join Petitioners’
`request. Please advise if this can be accomplished informally through email or if the Board would
`prefer Patent Owner file an amended request for oral argument.
`
`Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this issue.
`
`Best,
`
`
`
`
