`deposition will begin September 7, 2017 and will continue on September 8, 2017,

`at 8:00am at the offices of Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP, 1880 Century Park

`East, Suite 815, Los Angeles, CA, 90067. The deposition will be conducted before

`an officer authorized to administer oaths and will be recorded stenographically

`and/or videographically. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties agreed on
