` am lead counsel for Petitioner in IPR2017-00177 and IPR2017-00178. Petitioner requested a
`hearing in these matters, and that request was granted on January 8, 2018 with a consolidated
`hearing for both matters. Patent Owner did not request a hearing. After further consideration and
`in an effort to preserve party and board resources and expenses, Petitioner agrees with Patent
`Owner that a hearing is not necessary in these matters. For this reason, Petitioner hereby withdraws
`its request for hearing for these matters and respectfully requests that Board cancel the hearing
`scheduled for February 7, 2018.

`wasted effort on Patent Owner’s part with respect to demonstrative exhibits and hearing
