`On May 8, 2018, we issued an order requiring Edwards Lifesciences
`Corporation (“Petitioner”) and Boston Scientific Scimed, Inc. (Patent
`Owner) to meet and confer to determine whether either party sought
`additional briefing or a modification of the schedule in this case in light of
`the Supreme Court decision in SAS Inst., Inc. v. Iancu, 2018 WL 1914661
`(U.S. Apr. 24, 2018). Paper 38, 3. On May 11, 2018, the parties informed
`the Board that “[n]either party seeks to include the institution of additional
`grounds from the Petition” and that “the parties agree that no further briefing
`or changes to the schedule are necessary.” Ex. 3001.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that no additional briefing is authorized at this time.
