`institution fees in the amount of $14,400 deposited in the above matter on December 15,

`2016 for the foregoing reasons:

`Petitioner filed their Petition for Inter Parties Review (IPR) on December 15,
`
`2016 in the above matter. At that time, Petitioners deposited with the PTAB request fees
`
`totaling $9,000 and post-institution fees totaling $14,400. The fees were charged via
`
`credit card.

`On July 6, 2017, the PTAB denied institution of Petitioner’s Petition for
`
`Inter Partes Review (Paper No. 9).
`

`
`On October 27, 2017, the PTAB denied Petitioner’s Request for Rehearing
`
`(Paper No. 11).
`
`For the foregoing reasons, Petitioners request reimbursement of the post-institution
`
