`Subject: Skechers v. Nike, IPR2017-00620, -00621
`
`Dear Board,
`
`
`Petitioner Skechers filed Reply briefs (Paper 51) in IPR2017-00620 and -00621 on February 1,
`2018. Paper 51 was filed publicly, but it has come to Skechers’ attention that the brief contains
`Skechers confidential information that should have been redacted. Accordingly, Petitioner respectfully
`asks that the Board change the status of Paper 51 in the IPRs from “public” to “parties and
`Board.” Petitioner also respectfully asks that the Board grant it permission to file redacted versions of
`the brief in both IPRs.
`
`
`Thank you,
`Talin Gordnia
