`Subject: Skechers v. NIKE, IPR2017-00620, -00621
`
`Dear Board:
`
`We are counsel for NIKE in Skechers v. NIKE, IPR2017-00620, -00621, and write to request permission to
`file updated versions of certain Exhibits. Specifically, Skechers previously moved to seal NIKE Exhibits
`2003, 2005, and 2006 because they contained Skechers’ confidential business information. The Board
`granted Skechers’ request. (See Paper 22 in IPR2017-00620, -00621.) Skechers has now agreed to de-
`designate some of the information previously redacted from those Exhibits. Accordingly, with Skechers’
`consent, NIKE seeks the Board’s permission to file updated (public) versions of Exhibits 2003, 2005, and
`2006 that remove some of the redactions previously applied.
`
`Counsel for Skechers is copied on this email.
`
`Thank you,
`Audra
