`On July 21, 2017, pursuant to authorization by the Board, Johns
`Manville (“Patent Owner”) filed a motion for withdrawal of its current
`counsel, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, including its designated lead
`counsel Kristopher L. Reed and back-up counsel David E. Sipiora, in the
`above-captioned case. Paper 10, 1. Patent Owner further requests that the
`Board authorize Dinesh N. Melwani and Thara L. Russell of Bookoff
`McAndrews, PLLC, to appear as lead counsel and back-up counsel,
`respectively, in this proceeding. Id. Robert D. Touslee will remain as
`additional back-up counsel, according to Patent Owner. Id. Patent Owner
`represents that “Petitioner has indicated that it does not oppose the requested
`withdrawal and substitution of counsel for Patent Owner.” Id. at 3.
`Patent Owner filed a Power of Attorney on July 21, 2017, revoking all
`other powers previously granted in this proceeding, and appointing Mr.
`Melwani and Ms. Russell as its attorneys. Paper 11, 1. Patent Owner
`indicates that Mr. Melwani and Ms. Russell are both registered practitioners.
`Id.
`
`The motion is granted.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion to Withdraw Kilpatrick
`Townsend & Stockton LLP, including its designated lead counsel Kristopher
`L. Reed and back-up counsel David E. Sipiora, is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP,
`including designated lead counsel Kristopher L. Reed and back-up counsel
`David E. Sipiora, is permitted to withdraw as counsel for Patent Owner in
`this proceeding;

`FURTHER ORDERED that Dinesh N. Melwani is recognized as lead
`counsel and Thara L. Russell is recognized as back-up counsel for Patent
