`
`MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
`
`
`
`
`
`

`

`Case IPR2017-00646
`Patent 6,631,715
`
`
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), and as authorized by the Board via an
`
`email dated July 7, 2017 (see 37 C.F.R. § 42.20(b)), counsel for Petitioners Corpak
`
`Medical Systems and Halyard Health Inc. respectfully requests authorization to
`
`withdraw Ms. Tasneem Delphry as back-up counsel in connection with the Petition
`
`for Inter Partes review of U.S. Patent No. 6,631,715, Case IPR2017-00646. Ms.
`
`Tasneem Delphry is no longer associated with the law firm of Alston & Bird LLP,
`
`and as such, no longer represents Petitioners.
`
`
`
`Petitioners will continue to be represented by Lead Counsel Richard M.
`
`McDermott and Back-Up Counsel Jitendra Malik of Alston & Bird LLP, who have
`
`been counsel of record in this IPR from the beginning. The withdrawal will not
`
`have an adverse effect on Patent Owner or otherwise delay the proceeding in this
`
`matter. Petitioners have contacted opposing counsel, who has consented to the
`
`above-requested relief.
`
`
`
`Petitioners respectfully request that the Board grant their motion to authorize
`
`the withdrawal of Ms. Tasneem Delphry as back-up counsel for Petitioners in
`
`IPR2017-00646. If the Board grants the motion to withdraw, consistent with the
`
`Board’s instructions in its email dated July 7, 2017, Petitioners will then update the
`
`Mandatory Notices and Power of Attorney accordingly.
