`On May 7, 2018, Patent Owner emailed the Board indicating that,
`pursuant to a discussion at the May 1, 2018 oral hearing, both parties intend
`to withdraw all motions to exclude in the above listed cases. Ex. 3005. The
`next day, Patent Owner sent another email indicating that, pursuant to a
`similar discussion in a April 30, 2019 pre-hearing call, which was continued
`during the hearing, it will not seek to maintain confidentiality over the
`materials filed under seal in these cases and requests the redacted materials
`be expunged from the record and the materials marked confidential be made
`available to the public. Ex. 3006. In response to this second email,
`Petitioner indicated in an email requesting its motions to seal in these cases
`be withdrawn. Ex. 3007.
`To maintain clarity of the records in these cases, we instruct the
`parties to file official notice of the intentions set forth in their emails to the
`Board. The parties are authorized to either make separate filings or to file
`one joint notice. Once such notice has been filed, the panel will modify the
`record accordingly, for example by expunging the relevant papers.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the parties file official notice reflecting the intentions
`embodied in the emails to the Board discussed above.
