`1 This Order addresses the same issues in these inter partes reviews.
`Therefore, we issue one Order to be filed in all of the cases. The parties,
`however, are not authorized to use this style of filing in subsequent papers.
`2 This is not an order from an expanded panel of the Board. Judges
`McKone, Parvis, and Hudalla are paneled on IPR2017-00729,
`IPR2017-00741, and IPR2017-00787. Judges Jefferson, McKone, and
`Hudalla are paneled on IPR2017-00859.

`On April 3, 2019, Patent Owner filed Motions to Withdraw as
`Counsel of Record. See, e.g., Paper 44. 3 Counsel to be withdrawn are
`Mr. Heinz, Ms. Nowierski, and Mr. Seeley. Id. at 1. Patent Owner filed
`Updated Mandatory Notices identifying its lead and remaining back-up
`counsel. Paper 45. Patent Owner further represents that Petitioner does not
`oppose Patent Owner’s Motion. Paper 44, 1.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby,
`ORDERED that each of Patent Owner’s Motions to Withdraw as
`Counsel of Record is granted; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Heinz, Ms. Nowierski, and
`Mr. Seeley are withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner in each of IPR2017-
`00729, IPR2017-00741, IPR2017-00787, and IPR2017-00859.
