`On June 7, 2018, the Board issued an order requiring Petitioner to
`repay the refunded post-institution fee in the amount of $2,800.00, which
`Petitioner received in connection with the seven (7) patent claims that were
`denied review in our institution decision. Paper 38. In response, on June 8,
`2018, Petitioner authorized its deposit account be charged to repay the
`refunded post-institution fee. On June 8, 2018, the Board charged
`Petitioner’s deposit account accordingly.
`Petitioner, therefore, has repaid the refunded post-institution fee
`within the time period set by the Board. See Paper 38.
