`This case is before us on remand from the Federal Circuit. Grit Energy
`Solutions, LLC, v. Oren Technologies, LLC, 957 F.3d 1309 (Fed. Cir. 2020)
`(“Remand Decision”). A conference call was held on July 24, 2020, to discuss a
`procedure for remand.
`During the call, the parties collectively proposed to file a joint brief of no
`more than 10 pages on or before August 28, 2020. The joint brief, as proposed by
`the parties, would identify portions of previously filed briefs that address issues
`raised in the Remand Decision.
`We find that the parties’ joint proposal would aid in the “just, speedy, and
`inexpensive resolution” of this proceeding. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.1(b). Accordingly,
`we authorize the parties to file a joint brief to identify portions of previously filed
`briefs that address issues raised in the Remand Decision. The parties are not
`authorized to file additional evidence or present new arguments.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that on or before August 28, 2020, the parties may file a joint
`brief of no more than 10 pages identifying, without further argument, where in the
`prior briefing the parties addressed issues raised in the Remand Decision.
