`discretion to issue a single Order, to be filed in each case. The parties are
`not authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`On November 8, 2017, Patent Owner filed Motions for Pro Hac Vice
`admission of Mr. Joseph A. Akalski (Paper 22)2 and Mr. Michael E. Knierim
`(Paper 23) in both of the above-referenced proceedings. Patent Owner
`represents that Petitioner does not oppose the Motions. Having reviewed
`Patent Owner’s Motions, the motions are granted.
`It is hereby:
`ORDERED that Mr. Akalski and Mr. Knierim are authorized to
`represent Patent Owner in these proceedings as back-up counsel only;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Akalski and Mr. Knierim are to
`comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of
`Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal
`Regulations, and shall be subject to the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction
`under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct
`set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
