`Petitioners HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc. (collectively

`Petitioner’s Request for Oral Argument

`“Petitioner”) hereby request an oral hearing pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the
`
`Board’s Institution Decision dated September 6, 2017 (Paper 7) and the Scheduling
`
`Order entered on September 6, 2017 (Paper 8) setting forth the oral hearing for
`
`June 1, 2018. Petitioner requests the oral argument to discuss the issues raised in
`
`the parties’ filings under the on-going review, including but not limited to, the
`
`following items:
`
`1. Whether Claim 1 is unpatentable as obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`over O’Neill.
`
`2. Whether Claim 1 is unpatentable as obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`over O’Neill and Robertson.
`
`3. Whether Claim 1 is unpatentable as obvious under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
`
`over O’Neill and Freeman.
`
`4.
`
`Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all issues or arguments
`
`raised by the Patent Owner in the Patent Owner’s Response (Paper 14), or that may
`
`be raised by Patent Owner before the Board.
`
`5.
`
`Any other issues related to invalidity that the Board deems necessary
`
`for issuing a final written decision.
`
`Additionally, Petitioner requests permission to use audio/visual equipment to
`
`display demonstratives and exhibits.
