`Owner to file the already agreed-upon replacement Motion for Observations
`along with a motion to expunge Patent Owner’s original Motion for
`Observations.
`On May 11, 2018, Patent Owner filed “Board Authorized Contingent
`Motion to Expunge Patent Owner’s April 27, 2018 Motion for Observations,
`and Replace with Accompanying Motion for Observations” and its
`accompanying replacement “Motion for Observations Regarding Cross
`Examination Testimony of Jacob O. Wobbrock.” Papers 25, 26. Patent
`Owner’s Motion to Expunge and Replace is unopposed by Petitioner. See
`Paper 26. Accordingly, we grant Patent Owner’s Motion.
