`On May 3, 2017, Patent Owner filed a Motion for Counsel to Withdraw.

`Paper 8. Filing of the motion was previously authorized by the Board. Patent
`Owner seeks to have Stamatios Stamoulis and Wendy Verlander withdrawn as
`

`counsel for Patent Owner in this proceeding. Id. Patent Owner has filed an
`updated Power of Attorney (Paper 6) and an updated Mandatory Notice (Paper 7)
`designating new Lead Counsel and new Backup counsel, and states that it revokes
`the powers of attorney previously granted to Stamatios Stamoulis and Wendy
`Verlander. Paper 8. Patent Owner further states that it no longer desires
`representation by Mr. Stamoulis and Ms. Verlander in this proceeding, and that
`Petitioner does not oppose this motion. Id.
`Order
`In light of the circumstances as outlined above, it is
`
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motion for Counsel to Withdraw (Paper 8)
`
`is granted; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Stamatios Stamoulis and Wendy Verlander are
`withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner in this proceeding.
