`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Patent Owner respectfully submits this

`Request for an Oral Argument on the grounds of unpatentability on which trial was
`
`instituted, and any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification. In its
`
`scheduling order, the Board has set the date of an oral hearing in this proceeding
`
`for May 30, 2018. See Paper No. 8.
`
`Given the overlap of issues between IPR2017-00911 and IPR2017-00912,
`
`Petitioner requests that the Board authorize the parties to present their arguments
`
`for both proceedings in a single hearing (e.g., that Petitioner presents its opening
`
`argument in both proceedings, followed by Patent Owner’s arguments in both
`
`proceedings, and Petitioner’s responsive arguments in both proceedings). Patent
`
`Owner requests that each party be provided with 60 minutes of argument time.
