`On February 17, 2017, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company,
`
`Ltd. (Petitioner) filed a petition for inter partes review of claims 18, 19, 30-36, and
`
`47-51, of U.S. Patent No. RE41,980, Paper No. 1. The Board denied institution in
`
`Paper No. 9, dated August 16, 2017. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. 42.15(a)(2), the
`
`post-institution fees paid at the time of filing should be returned. Petitioner hereby
`
`requests a refund of $14,000 for the post-institution fees in the case of IPR2017-
`
`00931.
`
`The payment was provided via credit card and processed in PTAB End To
`
`End System (PTAB E2E) on February 17, 2017. Upon review and approval of this
`
`request, we respectfully request the Board credit the requested amount to
`
`Petitioner. The amount may be (1) credited to the American Express account from
`

`
