`Petitioners Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Digital Services, Inc., Amazon Fulfillment

`Services, Inc., Hulu, LLC and Netflix, Inc. (“Petitioners”) respectfully requests
`
`oral argument, currently scheduled for May 8, 2018.

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Petitioners request the oral argument to dis-

`cuss the issues raised in the parties’ filings in the on-going review, including but
`
`not limited to, the following items:
`
`• whether claims 1-25 of U.S. Patent No. 8,566,960 are unpatentable
`
`under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and/or 103;

`Petitioners request permission to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`demonstratives and exhibits.
`
`Petitioners ask the Board to decide the length of time for the requested oral
`
`argument for each party. Petitioners suggest that 45 minutes per side should be ad-

`equate to cover the arguments in this case. Petitioners currently plan to bring two
`
`individuals to the hearing.
`
`This request is timely filed by Due Date 4 pursuant to the Scheduling Order
