`Pursuant to our authorization, Patent Owner filed a motion in each of
`these proceedings, requesting that: “(1) the entire docked of [the respective

`proceeding] be preserved pending appeal, including preservation of all
`sealed documents in a non-publicly accessible form, and (2) to grant the
`parties authorization to file a motion to expunge thereafter.” Paper 53, 1.2
`In particular, Patent Owner asserts that information was filed under seal in
`these proceedings, including “third-party confidential materials that were
`cited by the parties in their briefing.” Id. at 1–2. Accordingly, Patent Owner
`requests as part of its motion that “all sealed documents” be preserved “in a
`non-publicly accessible form.” Id. at 2.
`Patent Owner represents that Petitioner does not oppose the motions.
`Id. at 1. The motions are granted.

`ORDERED that the record in each of these proceedings is to
`preserved in its entirety, including restricted accessibility designations,
`pending appeal of the respective Final Written Decisions to the Federal
`Circuit; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that authorization is granted to the parties to
`file a motion to expunge after the conclusion of such appeals.
