`On May 4, 2017, we granted a request by Patent Owner, Regents of
`the University of Minnesota, for authorization to file a motion to dismiss on
`Eleventh Amendment sovereign immunity grounds. On May 15, 2017,
`Patent Owner requested authorization to file a motion to suspend the
`deadline for filing its Preliminary Response to the Petition. On May 24,
`2017, Patent Owner informed us that it and Petitioners, LSI Corporation and
`Avago Technologies U.S., Inc., had agreed to extend the deadline for Patent
`Owner to file its Preliminary Response by one month.
`In view of the pending motion to dismiss, as well as the parties’
`agreement concerning extension, we extend the deadline for filing of the
`Patent Owner Preliminary Response from June 29, 2017, to July 29, 2017.
`In due course, if either party has any concerns or questions regarding the
`schedule, the parties may contact the Board for a conference call.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the deadline for Patent Owner to file its Preliminary
`Response is extended to July 29, 2017.
