`Petitioner, Wendt Corporation ("Petitioner"), hereby request refund of its

`post-institution fees in the amount of $15,600 deposited in the above matter on
`
`March 28, 2017 for the foregoing reasons:
`

`Petitioner filed its Petition for Inter Partes Review on March 28, 2017
`
`in the above matter. At that time, Petitioner deposited with the PTAB the inter partes
`
`review request and post-institution fees in the total amount of $24,600, itemized as
`
`follows:
`
`
`
`
`
`• $9,000 for inter partes review request fee;
`
`• $1,600 for post-institution request for each claim in excess of 15 (4 x
`
`$400); and
`
`• $14,000 for post-institution fee.
`

`The fees were charged to Sheridan Ross P.C.'s Deposit Account No.
`
`19-1970.
`

`
`On September 28, 2017, the PTAB denied institution of Petitioner’s
`
`Petition for Inter Partes Review (Paper No. 9).
`

`
`For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner requests reimbursement of the
`
`post-institution fees of $15,600, to be refunded to Sheridan Ross P.C.'s Deposit
`
`Account No. 19-1970.
