`Several months ago, then Patent Owner, Youtoo Technologies, LLC
`(“Youtoo”), filed a motion to withdraw Scott McKeown as lead counsel and
`Stephen L. Levine as back-up counsel in each of the identified proceedings.
`Paper 12.2 We ultimately denied the motion in each proceeding because
`Youtoo did not have counsel to replace current counsel. Paper 16.
`Subsequently, the ownership of the involved patents changed, whereby
`current Patent Owner, VidStream LLC, appointed different lead and backup
`counsel to represent it in these proceedings. Papers 43 and 44.
`On October 1, 2018, Scott McKeown contacted the Board, requesting
`that we grant the request to withdraw counsel for Youtoo from the
`proceedings. Based on the facts of these proceedings, it is appropriate to
`grant the request for the withdrawal of Scott McKeown and Stephen L.
`Levine in each of the identified proceedings.
`For the foregoing reasons, it is
`ORDERED that the request for the withdrawal of Scott McKeown and
`Stephen L. Levine in each of the identified proceedings is granted.
