`deposited in the above matter on April 6, 2017 for the foregoing reasons:

`Petitioners filed their Petition for Inter Partes Review on April 11,
`
`2017 in the above matter. At that time, Petitioners deposited with the PTAB the
`
`inter partes review request ($9,000) and post-institution fees ($14,000) in the total
`
`amount of $23,000. The fees were charged to Robins Kaplan LLP deposit account
`
`number 506095.
`

`On October 23, 2017, the PTAB denied institution of Petitioners’
`
`Petition for Inter Partes Review (Paper No. 12).
`

`On January 22, 2018, the PTAB denied Petitioners’ Request for
`
`Rehearing (Paper No. 15).
`
`For the foregoing reasons, Petitioners requests reimbursement of the post-
`
`institution fees of $14,000.
