`Petitioner filed a motion to seal Exhibit 1039. Paper 39 (“Mot.”).
`Petitioner also requests entry of the Board’s default protective order, a copy
`of which Petitioner filed concurrently with its motion. Mot. 2. Patent
`Owner did not file an opposition to Petitioner’s motion.
`The Board applies a “good cause” standard in deciding motions to
`seal. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.54. Exhibit 1039 is an excerpt of an expert report
`concerning infringement from a district court proceeding. Mot. 1. Petitioner
`states that the exhibit contains confidential and sensitive technical
`information about the inner workings of Petitioner’s product. Id. at 1–2.
`After reviewing Petitioner’s motion and the exhibit sought to be sealed, we
`find that Petitioner has made a sufficient showing to support sealing.
`For the foregoing reasons, it is:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion to seal Exhibit 1039 is granted;

`FURTHER ORDERED that the Board’s default protective order is
`entered in this proceeding.
