`IPR2017-01321
`Patent 8,076,274 B2
`
`
`The oral argument in this case was originally scheduled for July 26,
`2018. Paper 9, 6 (Due Date 7). Patent Owner made an unopposed request
`that we change the date of oral argument due to a scheduling conflict. The
`parties subsequently confirmed their availability for August 9, 2018. Thus,
`we hereby amend the Scheduling Order to reflect that Due Date 7 is now
`August 9, 2018. All other Due Dates in the original Scheduling Order
`(Paper 9), except as previously modified by stipulation of the parties (see
`Paper 14), remain the same.
`
`It is, therefore:
`
`ORDERED that Due Date 7 of the Scheduling Order is amended to
`reflect that oral argument in the above-captioned case, if requested, will be
`held on August 9, 2018.
