`On April 30, 2018, we issued an order modifying our Decision on
`Institution (Paper 14) to institute on all of the challenged claims and all of
`the grounds presented in the Petition (Paper 1). Paper 19 (Order modifying
`Decision on Institution). After conferring with the parties, on May 16, 2018,
`we issued an order authorizing the parties to file a Joint Motion to Limit
`Proceeding to the grounds instituted on December 6, 2017, in the Decision
`on Institution. Paper 21. The parties filed the Joint Motion to Limit
`Proceeding on May 23, 2018. Paper 22. We grant the parties’ motion.
`This proceeding, and the final written decision, will be limited to
`addressing the following grounds and claims that we instituted on December
`6, 2017, in our Decision on Institution:

`Limiting the proceeding as proposed by the parties facilitates the
`Board’s goal of resolving this inter partes review in a just, speedy, and

`parties’ Joint Motion to Limit Proceeding.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Limit Proceeding is granted and
`the proceeding is limited to the grounds and claims as set forth herein.
