`On May 23, 2018, the Board held a conference call with the parties to

`discuss the effects of SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu, 138 S. Ct. 1348 (2018), on
`this proceeding. During the call, Patent Owner informed the Board that it
`would not seek to require institution on all grounds in the Petition. On the
`following day, May 24, 2018, Petitioner informed the Board by email
