`issued in connection with the above-referenced Inter Partes Proceeding pursuant to

`the Patent and Trademark Office’s Final Rule Setting and Adjusting Patent Fees,
`
`78 Fed. Reg. 4211, 4233-34 (Jan. 18, 2013).
`
`On May 9, 2017 Petitioner filed a Request for Inter Partes Review of Patent
`
`No. 9,325,950 and paid the following fees totaling $23,800: $9,000 (review request
`
`fee), $14,000 (post-institution fee - Up to 15 claims), and $400x2 (post-institution
`
`request of each claim in excess of 15, total of 17 claims). On December 1, 2017

`the Patent Trial and Appeal Board entered its Decision Denying Institution of Inter

`Partes Review. The Rules provide for a refund if the Board does not institute trial.
