`1 Because this Order addresses issues applicable to these two cases, we
`exercise our discretion to issue one Order to be filed in each case. The
`parties may not use this style heading unless authorized.

`The Scheduling Order issued in each of the above-captioned
`proceedings set July 30, 2018 as the date of the oral hearing, if requested by
`the parties. IPR2017-01414, Paper 7; IPR2017-01415, Paper 7. On June 25,
`2018, Petitioner and Patent Owner filed a Joint Notice Regarding Oral
`Argument, stating that, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70 and the Scheduling
`Order, the parties do not seek oral argument. IPR2017-01414, Paper 14;
`IPR2017-01415, Paper 14. The parties submitted that the issues have been
`fully briefed and oral argument is not necessary. Id.
`Upon review of the record, we determine that an oral hearing is not
`necessary in either of the above-captioned cases.

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that the parties’ waiver of oral argument is
`acknowledged;
`FURTHER ORDERED that no oral argument will be held in
`IPR2017-01414 and IPR2017-01415; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that a final written decision will be issued in
`each of IPR2017-01414 and IRR2017-01415 in due course, without oral
`argument.
