`Started NIKUN Corporate Training Department (aka NIKSUN University) from scratch to provide trainings on
`“Cybersecurity”, and “Network Performance” for internal employees (security analysts, engineers, sales force), and external
`customers, partners and resellers. Became head of the department to carry out following four major responsibilities:

`Instructional Design: Developed new courses on “Cybersecurity” and “Network Performance Monitoring” and improved
`existing course contents based on the need assessment, industry’s current issues, and feedback from internal teams. Not only
`developed, but also delivered courses at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels to diversified audience such as, Security
`Analysts, System Engineers, Sales Force, Customers, Resellers, and Partners. Developed course curriculum, syllabi, course
`numbering scheme, and training manuals. Implemented the process for collecting web-based feedback trainees.

`Operations Management: Effectively managed trainings, trainers, trainees. Guided NIKSUN marketing department to
`advertise the trainings. Directed web developers to develop training portal, and online training registration process.
`Coordinated with VPs, to assign field expert trainers or recruited trainers, selected instructional methods (on sight/online) and
`training venues. Prepared long term course roasters and individual course agendas. Collected trainees’ feedback at the end of
`each training and analyzed the feedback to measure the effectiveness of trainings, trainers and training material.

`Certification Program: Created a complete Certification Test program for the assessment of Cyber Security Analysts,
`System Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Support, at Advanced, Intermediate and Basic levels. Established a
`process and used digital tools, such as MCQM, WebEX, and GTM for promoting e-learning and taking online quizzes.

`Increasing Responsibilities: Hired as Director, promoted to Department Head. Selected by the CEO to: (a) be a Moderator of
`NIKSUN Cyber Security Consortium (group of academic, private, and public partners), with the mission of “Learning
`Cybersecurity by Doing Cybersecurity”), (b) prepare budget of NIKSUN Cybersecurity University, (c) lead end to end efforts
