`I provide this Declaration in connection with the above-identified

`Inter Partes Review proceeding. Unless otherwise stated, the facts stated in this

`Declaration are based on my personal knowledge.

`Exhibit 1139 is a copy of excerpts from a book, Merriam-Webster’s
`
`Collegiate Dictionary (11th ed. 2006), obtained from the Library of Congress. A
`
`title page of Exhibit 1139 includes a Library of Congress Card Number (2012-
`
`374552) and a February 10, 2006 Library of Congress Copyright Office stamp. On
`
`June 26, 2018, I visited https://catalog.loc.gov/, and printed a copy of the Library
`
`of Congress Online Catalog Record of this book under LCCN 2012374552 from
`
`https://lccn.loc.gov/2012374552. The copy of this record is now Exhibit 1143.

`Exhibit 1140 is a copy of a video titled “SkySight Engineering DIY
`
`RV Macerator Pump Kit Assembly Video.” On June 15, 2018, I instructed a
`
`litigation assistant to download the video from
`
`https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsY9WVhnm1c. I verified that the video
`
`downloaded was the same video that I personally viewed on the above webpage on
`
`June 15, 2018. That video is now Exhibit 1140.

`Exhibit 1141 is a copy of a video titled “SkySight Engineering DIY

`Macerator Pump Kit Demo Video.” On June 15, 2018, I instructed a litigation

`assistant to download the video from

`https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TLJyeV1vUzU. I verified that the video
`
`downloaded was the same video that I personally viewed on the above webpage on
`
`June 15, 2018. That video is now Exhibit 1141.

`Exhibit 1142 is a copy a webpage titled “SkySight Engineering DIY
`
`RV Macerator Pump Kit Assembly Video,” On June 25, 2018, I visited
`
`https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsY9WVhnm1c, and instructed an
`
`information technology specialist to print a copy of the webpage. I verified that
`
`webpage printout was from the same webpage that I personally viewed on June 25,
`
`2018. That copy is now Exhibit 1142.
`

`I declare that all statements made herein of my knowledge are true,
`
`and that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true, and
`
`that these statements were made with the knowledge that willful false statements
`
`and the like so made are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, under
