`On October 6, 2017, a conference call was held, addressing
`Petitioner’s request to file a sur-reply to Patent Owner’s Preliminary
`Responses in each of IPR2017-01569–01574, 01576, and 01578 to address
`Patent Owner’s contentions regarding real party-in-interest. Counsels for
`Petitioner and Patent Owner, as well as Judges Scanlon, Jung, Plenzler, and
`Mayberry participated on the call.2 During the call, the panel authorized
`Petitioner to file a sur-reply, limited to 5 pages, in each of the above-
`referenced proceedings, limited to addressing only the real party-in-interest
`issues raised in Patent Owner’s Preliminary Responses. Patent Owner was
`not authorized to file any replies to Petitioner’s sur-replies during the call.
`As discussed during the call, Petitioner’s sur-replies are due no later than
`October 20, 2017.
`
`For the reasons given, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner is authorized to file a sur-reply addressing
`real party-in-interest, limited to 5 pages and due no later than October 20,
`2017, in each of IPR2017-01569, -01570, -01571, -01572, -01573, -01574, -
`01576, and -01578.
