`
`
`On June 19, 2017, Petitioner, Satco Products, LLC, filed two petitions
`(IPR2017-01638, IPR2017-01639, Papers 1) directed to two patents of Patent
`Owner, Lighting Science Group, Corp., and subsequently filed a third petition on
`June 21, 2017 (IPR2017-01643, Paper 1), directed to another patent owned by
`Patent Owner. Thereafter, Notices of Filing Date Accorded to Petition (IPR2017-
`01638, Paper 7; IPR2017-01639, Paper 5; IPR2017-01643, Paper 5) were mailed,
`with each Notice pointing out that Petitioner failed to label each exhibit with
`Petitioner’s name and exhibit number. Additionally, the Notices in IPR2017-
`01638 and IPR2017-01643 indicated that footnotes need to be double-spaced,
`requiring the filing of substitute petitions.
`Petitioner responded thein the prescribed time limits, but the following
`errors have been determined:
`• In IPR2017-01638, the replacement exhibits were filed as a “paper”
`(Paper 9), instead of as “exhibits,” and the replacements were filed as
`a single document, instead of separate exhibits; additionally, the
`Motion and replacement exhibits and petition were marked as
`confidential, with only the Board and parties having access;
`• In IPR2017-01639, the replacement exhibits were filed as a single
`document (Ex. 1018), instead of separate exhibits; additionally, the
`Motion and replacement exhibits and petition were marked as
`confidential, with only the Board and parties having access; and
`• In IPR2017-01643, the replacement exhibits were filed as a single
`document (Ex. 1014), instead of separate exhibits; additionally, the
`Motion and replacement exhibits were marked as confidential, with
`only the Board and parties having access.

`

`review of the filed petitions. Such corrections must be made on or before
`October 18, 2017.
`If there are any questions pertaining to making the needed corrections,
