`I am an attorney licensed to practice in the State of California, District

`of Columbia, State of New York and State of New Jersey. I am an
`
`associate at the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, counsel for
`
`Patent Owner the Trustees of Dartmouth College (“Dartmouth”).
`
`I have been practicing for 11 years, the majority of that time has been
`
`focused on the field of litigation, in particular, patent litigation.
`
`I am a member of good standing of the California Bar, District of
`
`Columbia Bar, New York Bar and New Jersey Bar. I am also
`
`admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the
`
`Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the
`
`Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the
`
`District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District
`
`of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District
`
`of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal
`
`Circuit.

`I am a member of good standing in all jurisdictions where I have been

` I am familiar with the subject matter at issue in this proceeding. I

`have reviewed U.S. Patent No. 8,383,086 (the “‘086 patent”), the prior
`
`art references, the Petition for Inter Partes Review of the ‘086 patent,
`
`and other aspects of the record in this proceeding. I have acquired
`
`substantial understanding of the underlying legal and technological
`
`issues in this proceeding.
