`Concurrently with this request, the Petitioner and Patent Owner are filing a

`Joint Motion to Dismiss this inter partes review proceeding due to settlement of
`
`the dispute between the parties regarding U.S. Patent No. 9,641,645.
`
`A true copy of the parties’ written agreement is being filed concurrently as
`
`Exhibit 2001. The parties request that the settlement agreement be sealed to the
`
`public and accessible by the “Parties and Board Only.” The settlement agreement
`
`contains business confidential information, and the parties hereby request that the
`
`settlement agreement be kept as a separate paper to be made available only under
`
`the provisions of 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c).
