`Pursuant to the Board’s Revised Scheduling Order dated February 25, 2013,
`
`Petitioner Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) respectfully requests oral
`
`argument, currently scheduled for November 18, 2013. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.70, Petitioner specifies, without intent to waive consideration of any issue not
`
`requested, the following issues to be argued:
`
`1. Each ground of unpatentability Petitioner has asserted in these
`
`proceedings against the challenged issued claims;
`
`2. Each ground Petitioner has asserted in these proceedings against the
`
`proposed amendment of claims; and
`
`3. Each ground asserted by Petitioner in its motion to exclude the direct
`
`testimony of Dr. Konchitsky (Ex. 2002).
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and screen for PowerPoint
`
`display.
`
