`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 and responsive to the Board’s “Order” (Paper
`
`No. 33, entered March 13, 2013) authorizing the filing of this motion for pro hac
`
`vice admission, Petitioner Microsoft Corporation (“Petitioner”) submits this motion
`
`for Salumeh R. Loesch to appear pro hac vice in this proceeding. Proxyconn, Inc.
`
`does not oppose this motion. There is good cause for the Patent Trial and Appeal
`
`Board to recognize Ms. Loesch pro hac vice during this proceeding.
`
`Lead counsel is a registered practitioner.
`
`Ms. Loesch is an experienced litigation attorney, with over eight years of
`
`litigation experience, almost five of which have been focused on patent litigation.
`
`Ms. Loesch was counsel for Microsoft Corporation in the corresponding litigation
`
`between the Petitioner and the Patent Owner in Case No. 8:11-CV-1681-DOC-AN
`
`in the Central District of California, Southern Division. This proceeding involves
`
`the same patent that was at issue in that litigation. As such, Ms. Loesch has an
`
`established familiarity with the subject matter at issue in this proceeding. Further,
`
`Ms. Loesch has previously represented Petitioner in several other District Court
`
`proceedings.
`
`Ms. Loesch is a member in good standing of the bars of Oregon and New
`
`York. She has never been suspended or disbarred, has never been denied
`
`application for admission, and has never faced sanctions or contempt citations.
`
`She has read and will comply with the Office of Patent Trial Practice guide and the
`
`Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials set forth in part 42 of the C.F.R., and
`
`understands that she will be subject to the USPTO Code of Professional
`
