`IPR2018-00733 (Patent 9,440,785 B2)

`In response to our authorization, Oren Technologies, LLC (“Patent
`Owner”) filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel in each of the above-
`referenced proceedings (collectively “Motions”). See e.g., Case IPR2017-
`01917, Paper 106.1 In the Motions, Patent Owner requests authorization to
`withdraw Eugene Goryunov from the above-referenced proceedings. Id.
`Patent Owner indicates that Petitioner does not oppose the Motions. Id.
`Patent Owner also filed updated Mandatory Notices in Case IPR2017-
`02103, but Patent Owner has not yet filed updated Mandatory Notices in the
`other proceedings. See Case IPR2017-02103, Paper 110.
`Upon review of the record before us, and for the reasons set in the
`Motions, Patent Owner’s Motions are granted.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s Motions are granted, in that Eugene
`Goryunov is permitted to withdraw as counsel from the above-referenced
`proceedings; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall file updated
`mandatory notices in Cases IPR2017-01917 and IPR2018-00733, in
`accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3).
