`1 This Order addresses issues that are the same in both proceedings. We
`exercise our discretion to issue one Order to be entered in each case. The
`Parties are not authorized to use this style heading in their papers.

`On June 6, 2018, Petitioner filed unopposed motions for pro hac vice
`admission of Michael R. Annis in each of the above-listed proceedings.
`IPR2017-01902, Paper 24; IPR2017-01921, Paper 23. Petitioner
`additionally filed declarations of Mr. Annis in support of the motions.
`IPR2017-01902, Ex. 1035; IPR2017-01921, Ex. 1039. Petitioner asserts that
`Patent Owner does not object to the motions. IPR2017-01902, Paper 24, 1;
`IPR2017-01921, Paper 23, 1.
`We have reviewed Petitioner’s submissions and determine that the
`requirements of 37 C.F.R. § 42.10 have been met and there is good cause to
`admit Mr. Annis pro hac vice.
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s unopposed motions for pro hac vice
`admission of Mr. Michael R. Annis are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Annis is authorized to represent
`Petitioner in the above-identified proceedings as back-up counsel only;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Annis is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Annis is subject to the Office’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO’s Rules
`of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.;
`FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven (7) business days of the
`date of this Order, Petitioner must submit a Power of Attorney for Mr. Annis
`in each of the above-identified proceedings in accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.10(b); and

`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file an updated mandatory
