`Twilio, Inc. and TeleSign Corp. (collectively, the Parties) have conferred
`
`regarding the possibility of consolidating depositions and hearings in the two
`
`instituted inter partes review proceedings: IPR2017-01976 and IPR2017-01977.
`
`The Parties hereby file this Joint Notice reflecting the extent of their
`
`agreement. The Parties stipulate to the consolidation of the oral hearings for
`
`IPR2017-01976 and IPR2017-01977 such that both matters shall be considered
`
`together in a single oral hearing.
`
`The parties also agree that the deposition of each of their experts will be
`
`treated as having been taken in both IPR2017-01976 and IPR2017-01977. The
`
`duration of these expert depositions will continue to be governed by 37 CFR 42.53
`
`such that each expert witness will be subject to a total of fourteen hours of deposition
`
`time by the opposing party. However, the parties will endeavor to be as efficient as
`
`possible.
