`PETITIONER’S REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT

`Petitioner, TeleSign, respectfully requests oral argument under 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.70. This request is timely submitted by the October 12, 2018 deadline set forth
`
`in the Scheduling Order (Paper 13). Oral argument is currently scheduled for
`
`November 15, 2018. Id. Patent Owner requests and has planned for that date.
`
`In Paper No. 15, the parties stipulated to consolidate the oral hearings of this
`
`case with IPR2017-01976. Petitioner respectfully requests 60 minutes1 of total
`
`time in the consolidated hearing (including time reserved for rebuttal), to address
`
`(as to both cases) the unpatentability of the challenged claims; the bases of Patent
`
`Owner’s motion to strike (Paper 35); Petitioner’s motion to exclude a portion of
`
`Patent Owner’s evidence (filed October 12, 2018); the arguments in Patent
`
`Owner’s briefing; the issues specified by Patent Owner in its Request for Oral
`
`Argument; rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters; any other
`
`outstanding motions or relevant filings; and any issues the Board would find
`
`helpful to issue a final written decision.
`
`Petitioner requests the ability to use audio/visual equipment to display
`
`possible demonstratives and exhibits, including the use of a projector, Elmo, and
`
`screen. Petitioner will make this request to a Board Trial Division paralegal.
`
