`1 Petitioner Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Inc., from IPR2018-00894, has been
`joined as a Petitioner to this proceeding.

`Pursuant to our authorization, on January 24, 2019, Petitioner filed a
`
`Petitioner’s Motion For Withdrawal of Counsel requesting to withdraw
`
`Robert D. Swanson as one of its backup counsel (“Motion”). Paper 58.
`
`Petitioner indicates that Patent Owner does not oppose the Motion. Id. at 1.
`
`Petitioner states “Mr. Swanson is no longer associated with the firm Perkins
`
`Coie LLP, therefore Mylan respectfully requests the Board’s authorization to
`
`withdraw Mr. Swanson as an additional back up counsel in this proceeding.”
`
`Id. Petitioner represents that Brandon M. White will remain as lead counsel.
`
`Id. And Petitioner filed updated mandatory notices removing Mr. Swanson
`
`as backup counsel. Paper 57, 1.
`
`Having reviewed the Motion, we determine that good cause exists for
`
`granting Petitioner’s Motion.
`
`Accordingly, it is:
`
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motion to withdraw Robert D. Swanson
`
`as counsel in this proceeding is granted.
