`RELIEF REQUESTED
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), and as authorized by the Board via e-mail
`
`dated July 31, 2018, Petitioner Shenzhen Zhiyi Technology Co., Ltd. (“Petitioner”),
`
`hereby moves to withdraw Patrick McCarthy (Reg. No. 62,762), who is currently
`
`lead counsel for Petitioner in this proceeding. Patent Owner does not oppose this
`
`motion.
`
`II.
`
`STATEMENT OF REASONS FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL
`Mr. McCarthy is no longer associated with the law firm Greenberg Traurig,
`
`LLP. Petitioner wishes to remove Mr. McCarthy as lead counsel in this proceeding.
`
`Petitioner wishes to add Jonathan Ball (Reg. No. 59,928), of Greenberg Traurig,
`
`LLP, as lead counsel and to represent Petitioner going forward in this proceeding.
`
`Petitioner’s new counsel is a registered practitioner, and thus meet the requirements
`
`of 37 C.F.R. §42.10(c).
`
`No extensions of time will be needed on grant of this motion. Additionally,
`
`granting this motion will not hinder the economy, the integrity of the patent system,
`
`the efficient administration of the Office, or the ability of the Office to timely
`
`complete this proceeding. See 35 U.S.C. § 316(b).
`
`Upon grant of Petitioner’s motion, new counsel for Petitioner will promptly
`
`file updated mandatory notices and a new power of attorney, reflecting the change
`
`in counsel.
