`On August 2, 2018, Petitioner filed an “Unopposed Motion to Withdraw and
`Substitute Counsel” requesting that the Board withdraw Patrick McCarthy as lead
`counsel and requesting Jonathan Ball be designated lead counsel. Paper 20
`(“Motion”).1, 2 Petitioner represents that “Mr. McCarthy is no longer associated
`with the law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP.” Motion 1. Petitioner attests that Mr.
`Ball is a registered practitioner. Id. Petitioner also indicates that Patent Owner
`does not oppose the Motion. Id. Lastly, Petitioner indicates that “new counsel for
`Petitioner will promptly file updated mandatory notices and a new power of
`attorney, reflecting the change in counsel.” Id.
`Accordingly, it is:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s motion is granted, and Mr. McCarthy is
`withdrawn as counsel for Petitioner in the above-identified proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Ball will be designated as lead counsel for
`Petitioner; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall file in each of the above-
`identified proceedings within 10 business days a Power of Attorney for Mr. Ball
`pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10, and shall file updated Mandatory Notices
`identifying current lead and back-up counsel in accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.8(b)(3).
